At Stilness, your well-being is our priority. Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee and clear, transparent refund policies.

1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Stilness Clip, you can request a return and a full refund of your money within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
* To be eligible for a return under this guarantee, the product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories included in the package.

2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start the return process, please contact us via our email: stilness@gmail.com.
State "Return - [Order Number]" in the subject line, and our support team will provide you with the shipping address and necessary instructions.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs for the product under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

4. REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within an estimated 5 to 10 business days.

5. 2-YEAR COMPLEMENTARY WARRANTY
All Stilness Clip devices purchased from our official store come with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects, faulty components, or technical failures not caused by misuse, drops, or neglect of product maintenance. In the event of a failure covered by the warranty, we will replace your device at no cost.
